Responsibilities

• Use the Front Desk Process correctly
• Provide excellent customer service
• Communicate effectively with guests and staff
• Achieve high guest survey scores
• Enter reservations, check availability, modify or cancel bookings
• Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns
• Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping
• Manage wake-up calls and distribute resort information
• Maintain tidy front desk and common areas

Performance Goals

• Guest review scores of 4.5+ for check-in/out
• Guest review scores of 4.5+ for helpfulness and friendliness
• Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 70+
