Responsibilities:

Welcoming guests, managing their information, distributing keys, assigning rooms, and handling inquiries to ensure an excellent guest experience.

Requirements:
  • Prior front desk experience in a hotel or luxury setting is preferred but training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Knowledge of software applications like Microsoft Office and hotel-specific platforms (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, Slack) is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication, listening, reading, and writing skills in English; additional languages like Spanish are highly desired.
  • Flexible schedule including days, weekends, and holidays.
  • High energy, positive attitude, and strong people skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex ideas professionally.

Pay rate is $18 per hour.

This position is at a location where Hyatt is not the employer; employment benefits are managed by a third-party management company.
