Job Responsibilities

As a Front Desk Agent, your responsibilities include greeting and registering guests, checking guests out, and ensuring outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Tasks involve inputting and retrieving information from the computer, confirming guest details, selecting rooms, coding electronic keys, assisting with check-out, handling payments, and processing foreign currency and gift certificates.

You will demonstrate thorough knowledge of hotel offerings, including room categories, rates, packages, promotions, and local area information. Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize occupancy. Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and negotiate solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will have prior experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a high-volume customer service role. You should be passionate about delivering excellent guest service, flexible with shifts including days, evenings, and weekends, possess strong computer skills, and have a team-oriented mindset.
