The University of NewMexico Student Health and Counseling (SHAC) is seeking applicants for an Administrative Assistant 3 position to work in the Front Desk/Receptiondepartment. The Administrative Assistant 3 position consists of the ability to perform and/or oversee a variety of associated administrative tasks, and electronic health record workflows that support the clinic.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Student Health andCounseling (SHAC) is a comprehensive health service available to allcurrently enrolled UNM students. SHAC is located North of Johnson Center andacross from the Student Union Building. It is open Monday through Friday and isclosed on all UNM holidays. Services include medical appointments (scheduledand same day), pharmacy, women\'s and men\'s health, allergy and immunization,medical specialty clinics, physical therapy, lab and x-ray, travel healthclinic and counseling services, as well as health education, prevention, andpromotion.
