The Ivy Living at Berkeley, operated by Oakmont Management Group, is seeking a Server to provide friendly dining service in a senior living community. You will take orders, serve residents and guests, and help maintain a welcoming dining area.

Experience is helpful but not required; training will be provided. A 16+ work age, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to communicate effectively with residents and families are essential.

Qualificações

• Experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.
• Must be at least 16 years old with a valid work permit.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Written and verbal communication skills to interact with staff, residents and families.
• Must pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests (including TB testing).
• Vaccination and health screening requirements may apply per policy.

Responsabilidades

• Serve residents, family members and guests in a professional, courteous manner.
• Take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS system.
• Set up and break down tables and dining areas.
• Adhere to proper serving techniques and etiquette.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff and residents.
• Foster teamwork across departments to enhance the dining experience.
