Ivy Park at La Jolla, part of Oakmont Management Group, is hiring a Server to provide friendly, courteous dining service to residents and guests. The role includes taking orders, serving with etiquette, and maintaining a safe dining environment in a senior living setting.

We welcome candidates with or without experience; training is provided. You must be at least 16, with a health screen and background check. Competitive benefits and a supportive team are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; training provided.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills preferred.
• Motivation to work with the elderly and provide compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, courteous manner.
• Take residents' and guests' orders accurately and enter into the POS system.
• Set up and bus tables.
• Follow proper serving etiquette and safety standards.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff and residents; support teamwork across departments.
