Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Server for an Ivy Living community in California. The role involves serving residents and guests with a courteous, professional demeanor and handling dining operations in a senior living setting.

Responsibilities include taking orders, entering them into the POS, setting up and clearing tables, and maintaining safety and service standards while collaborating with team members.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
• Must be at least 16 years old with a work permit.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Criminal background check and health screening tests required (TB).
• Vaccination and PPE may be required per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, courteous manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Set up and break down bus tables.
• Follow proper service etiquette and safety standards.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff, residents, and guests.
• Collaborate with co-workers and other departments to enhance the dining experience.
