Job summary

IVY PARK AT BURBANK, part of Oakmont Management Group, seeks a Server to deliver friendly dining experiences to residents, families, and visitors.

Responsibilities include taking orders, setting up tables, ensuring safe service, and collaborating with team members to provide compassionate care for the elderly. Training provided; must be 16+ and able to pass background and health screenings. Benefits include medical, vacation, meals, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• Written and verbal communication skills required.
• Pass criminal background check and health screening tests.
• 18 years or older with work permit (16+ in some states).
• Willing to train the right candidate for serving duties.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, courteous manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS.
• Set up and break down bus tables.
• Follow proper serving etiquette and safety standards.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff, residents, and guests.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.
