Job summary

Mt. Baker Pain Clinic in Burlington, WA is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to join our team. You’ll be the first face patients see, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and collecting co-pays.

This full-time role runs Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no weekends or evenings. We offer health, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k), paid time off, and seven paid holidays; training is available for the right candidate who wants to grow with us.

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Verify insurance and collect co-pays.
• Answer phones, direct calls, and assist patients with questions.
• Follow up on missed appointments and no-shows.
• Maintain accurate patient information and electronic medical records.
• Keep the reception area organized and professional.
• Assist with general front-office and administrative duties.
• Work closely with the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly.
