Qualifications

• Knowledge of 10-key data entry method preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong decision-making skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls and route to appropriate area.
• Greet visitors and assist with sign in.
• Enter and scan deposits, charges, and adjustments.
• Run and distribute census reports.
• Assist in the entry of information related to admits, discharges, and physician changes.
• Scan all correspondence and miscellaneous items.
• Check therapy charges and attach census to each batch.
