Qualifications

• Attention to detail with ability to coordinate, analyze, and decide.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and nights.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and route to appropriate area or person.
• Greet visitors, sign in, and issue badges.
• Enter deposits, charges, and adjustments as directed.
• Run and distribute census reports daily.
• Enter information for admits, discharges, and physician changes.
• Scan correspondence and miscellaneous items.
• Check therapy charges and attach census to therapist batches.

Become the Receptionist you always wanted to be
