Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet, engage and assist customers in the store.
• Process customer transactions quickly, accurately and efficiently at the check lane.
• Operate the POS system and handle cash, checks, credit/debit, and various program benefits per policy.
• Adhere to cash handling limits and loss-prevention guidelines.
• Follow store policies for restricted items and promotions.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and communicate discrepancies to the Scan Coordinator.
• Maintain food safety standards and report safety issues to management.
• Create a welcoming environment by answering questions about products and services.
