Qualifications

• Skill in the use of Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, regulations, and laws.
• Ability to multitask while demonstrating a commitment to customer service and sensitivity to a culturally and ethnically diverse community.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the operational and administrative management of the Freshmen Connection program.
• Serve as primary coordinator of day-to-day administrative functions and collaborate with campus partners.
• Assist with other Undergraduate Programs in Extended Studies as needed.
• Provide academic advising within the broader context of program administration and student services.
