Job summary

Responsibilities include academic advising within program services, partnership with campus units, and potential support for other Undergraduate Programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an accredited college or university.
• 1 year of experience in education or academic affairs.
• Knowledge of and experience in developing and implementing instruction for higher education students.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, regulations, and laws.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational and administrative management of the Freshmen Connection program.
• Ensure enrollment, registration, course scheduling, program operations, communications, events, and compliance with policies.
• Act as primary coordinator for day-to-day administrative functions and collaborate with campus partners.
• Provide academic advising within the broader context of program administration and student services.
• Assist with other Undergraduate Programs in Extended Studies as needed.
