Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA seeks a Director of Customers – AFH to serve as the General Manager for all AFH Fresh sales, with full end‑to‑end ownership of business performance across a complex, matrixed organization. This role carries accountability for strategy, commercial execution, financial performance, and customer outcomes for the all fresh AFH business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in CPG sales and/or direct store delivery.
• Strong analytics, financial acumen, and strategic planning.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams.
• Ability to lead with and without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own total financial performance for the Fresh AFH business.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across Sales, Category, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance and Operations.
• Develop and execute Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) and Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
• Identify growth levers and allocate resources to maximize value.
• Ensure clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
