Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Director of Customers - AFH to own the total AFH fresh bakery business and drive profitable growth across multiple channels. This role partners with Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and other functions to deliver strategy and execution with an owner's mindset.

The position emphasizes leadership, financial stewardship, and customer-centric execution, with a focus on sustaining growth and improving share within AFH channels. Travel 40–50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in CPG sales and/or direct store delivery (DSD).
• Strong leadership track record with direct and indirect reports.
• Deep capability in analytics, financial acumen, and strategic planning.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; excellent negotiation abilities.
• Ability to lead across cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives.
• Travel 40–50% is required.

Responsibilities

• Own total AFH fresh revenue, profit, trade spend, and margins.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Category, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
• Develop and execute Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) and Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
• Identify growth opportunities, remove obstacles, and reallocate resources for value.
• Ensure market execution excellence across ordering, distribution, and service levels.
• Provide timely updates on results, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team through ownership and accountability.
