Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education and experience.
• Dependable and reliable with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in making healthy food choices by preparing fresh meals.
• Ensure deli items are properly prepared, packaged, and presented, maintaining cleanliness of the deli area.
• Fill, rotate, and maintain products and displays.
• Prepare special orders and party trays.
• Operate slicers, ovens, microwaves, and other deli equipment safely and per standards.
• Keep deli area clean, sanitary, and safe, including floors and equipment.
• Receive, inspect, and log products for shipment quality and temperature.
