This role requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, reliability, and the ability to work flexible hours. You will rotate products, ensure food safety, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in grocery/related field.
• Be dependable and reliable with a positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction and work in a team.
• Able to lift/carry up to 70 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Operate deli equipment safely and follow health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting items and preparing “fresh and easy meals.”
• Ensure deli items are properly prepared, packaged, and presented, and keep the area clean and sanitary.
• Fill, rotate, and maintain deli products and displays.
• Prepare special orders and party trays.
• Operate deli equipment (slicer, ovens, microwaves, scales) and maintain equipment in safe working condition.
