Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in grocery, restaurant, or related field preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in choosing healthy options and help prepare fresh meals.
• Ensure deli items are prepared, packaged, and presented; maintain clean deli area.
• Fill, maintain, and rotate products and displays.
• Prepare special orders and party trays.
• Operate deli equipment (slicer, ovens, etc.) following standards; ensure safety and cleanliness.
