Qualifications

• Be dependable and reliable.
• Have outgoing, friendly behavior with customers and positive attitude.
• Be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Have good communication skills and ability to take direction.
• Able to answer phones and take special orders.
• Able to lift/carry up to 70 lbs. and stand long hours.
• Adhere to safety and Weights and Measures regulations; obtain Food Handlers permit.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in preparing and presenting Deli items.
• Ensure Deli area is clean, organized, and sanitary.
• Rotate and display products and prepare special orders and party trays.
• Operate deli equipment like slicers, ovens, and scales safely.
• Receive and inspect shipments for accuracy and quality.
