Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and relevant experience.
• Be dependable and reliable with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Must follow safety and health regulations and maintain deli cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in choosing healthy options and prepare fresh meals.
• Ensure deli items are properly prepared, packaged, and presented.
• Maintain displays and rotate products; prepare special orders and party trays.
• Operate deli equipment safely and keep the area clean and sanitary.
• Receive and log products, check temperature and quality.
