Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a customer support or technical support role is advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to assist clients effectively.

• Familiarity with support ticketing systems and CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities
