You will establish new business relationships with small law firms and in-house legal teams, understand their challenges, and deliver AI-driven solutions that transform how they work.

This role blends high-velocity sales with consultative, solution-driven approaches to create long-term client impact.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of selling complex software solutions in a high-velocity environment.
• Ability to independently lead a sales cycle from prospecting to contracting.
• Experience forecasting and maintaining CRM hygiene across multiple deals.
• Demonstrated passion for AI and its applications in knowledge work and legal services.

Responsibilities

• Own your book of business by prioritizing warm leads and a named account list.
• Manage the new business lifecycle from prospecting to qualifying and contracting.
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets and sales metrics.
• Build relationships with executives and stakeholders, aligning solutions with needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and tailored client evaluations.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to tailor AI solutions for SMB clients.
• Develop tactics, collateral, and messaging to improve SMB performance.
