Job summary

Mercier Consultancy Group in Sofia seeks a French-speaking Partner Technical Solutions Consultant to serve as the primary technical contact for French-speaking partners in the consumer electronics ecosystem.

You will diagnose complex hardware and software issues, build strong relationships with retail and distribution partners, and provide guidance on product integration. A relocation package to Bulgaria is provided, with ongoing training and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

Native or fluent French language skills.
EU passport holder required.
Proven experience in technical support or partner management in consumer electronics.
Strong analytical mindset with interest in innovations.
Excellent communication and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Willingness to relocate on-site to Sofia, Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical contact for French-speaking partners in the consumer electronics ecosystem.
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues for consumer devices.
Develop and maintain relationships with retail and distribution partners to drive product success.
Provide guidance on product integration and performance optimization for partner operations.
Conduct remote training sessions for partners on new product launches and updates.
Monitor market feedback to inform product development teams.
Ensure all technical documentation and support queries are handled precisely and promptly.
