Job summary

Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking a Production Manager to develop, price, and manage customized group travel programs across the U.S. and Canada, working directly with leadership and European operators.

You’ll design itineraries, source suppliers, and develop competitive pricing, with a focus on French-speaking clients and accurate travel descriptions. This role requires English and French fluency and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and French, written and spoken.
• 2+ years in analytical, structured, or client-facing role.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with pricing, financial analysis, and profit margins.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and update customized travel programs across the U.S. and Canada.
• Build itineraries for French-speaking European tour operator clients.
• Source and negotiate with hotels, transportation providers, guides, restaurants, and attractions.
• Develop competitive pricing while maintaining strong profit margins.
• Prepare detailed quotes, proposals, and travel packages.
• Write travel descriptions and marketing materials, primarily in French.
• Provide logistical support for confirmed bookings.
• Build relationships with tourism partners and vendors throughout North America.
• Collaborate with leadership on product development and market strategy.
