Mountfitchet Group in Uniondale, NY is seeking an experienced Group Travel operations expert to work with our Commercial Jet brokers in Uniondale and beyond, establishing a successful USA Group Travel business.

You will source, manage and book enquiries, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive sales targets while helping to grow the team and relationships with suppliers and clients.

Formación

• Clear written and verbal communication
• Fluent English written and spoken
• Extensive knowledge of global destinations and travel products
• High aptitude and passion for sales
• Organised and disciplined workload management
• Willingness to work outside regular hours when needed
• Ability to work independently and with others
• Experience with GDS (Amadeus) desirable
• Experience booking and managing Groups in Travel industry desirable

Responsabilidades

• Set up access to USA group travel market with major airlines to quote, book and manage requests quickly and cost-efficiently.
• Analyse gaps in our setup and implement changes to improve efficiency.
• Source leads and engage Large Group Private Aviation Clients to build repeat travel customers.
• Recommend the most suitable Group Travel product for each customer.
• Manage group bookings from enquiry to completion with cross‑department collaboration.
• Maintain a customer-first attitude and own the in-destination experience.
• Proactively manage customer lists via outbound calls, emails and visits.
• Work with Suppliers & Partners to provide optimal options for customers.
• Aim to exceed daily, monthly & annual targets and collaborate as part of the team.
• Represent the business at events with suppliers and customers; later recruit/train new group consultants.
