Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering high-touch, premium customer service in executive travel or hospitality.
• GDS experience (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo or similar) preferred.
• Strong understanding of contact centre performance metrics (productivity, efficiency, CSAT).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end corporate travel for Executive and VIP clients, handling all aspects including air, hotel, and transport.
• Provide expert recommendations aligned with traveller preferences and company policy.
• Handle urgent travel disruptions promptly and with empathy.
