Job summary

Teletrac Navman in the UK is seeking a French-speaking Customer Success Specialist to own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts across the UK and France. You will lead relationship-building, drive adoption, and deliver measurable value through data-driven storytelling.

This is a remote UK role with autonomy, quarterly travel to client sites, and opportunities to influence renewal, retention, and account expansion across multiple business units.

Qualifications

• Fluent (professional level) French and English.
• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar – (Mid to Enterprise level).
• Background in recurring revenue environments (SaaS, telecoms, leasing, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving ability and logical thinking.
• Ability to engage and communicate with senior stakeholders (C-level exposure).
• High levels of ownership, resilience, and follow-through.
• Experience in data-driven environments.
• Experienced with discussing data & analytics to customers.
• Comfortable making decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic customer accounts across the UK and France.
• Drive retention, renewals, and long-term account growth; turn disengaged customers into high-value partnerships.
• Use data and insights to tell a story and demonstrate value to customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes and adoption.
• Coordinate with Sales, Support, Field Service, and Order Management across teams.
• Support onboarding, installation, billing queries, and service delivery.
