Job summary

One Inc is hiring a Client Success Manager I (French Canadian/English) to oversee a portfolio of English- and French-speaking clients. You will drive client satisfaction, partner with Support, Product, and Risk teams, and lead CXRs while maintaining strong relationships and proactive communications.

The role is fully remote in the United States, requires 1–3 years of experience, and offers a salary range of $75,000–$85,000 USD with opportunities to grow. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting and managing an assigned portfolio of 20+ client accounts.
• Bilingual English/French Canadian required.
• Insurance and/or payments experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of assigned client accounts and establish relationships with stakeholders.
• Develop understanding of products and services used by clients and how configurations align with best practices.
• Utilize reporting and dashboards to monitor client health and identify risks.
• Host Customer Experience Reviews (CXRs) to provide visibility into operational experience and action items.
• Partner with Support, Product, Payment Operations, Risk, and Engineering to facilitate timely responses and resolutions.
• Ensure Salesforce documentation and communications are accurate and timely.
