Native French is essential, with English proficiency, and you’ll collaborate with Account Managers to expand value and renewals while supporting upsell opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Native French language required.
• 2+ years in a client-facing Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services role.
• Strong stakeholder management and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients and drive adoption of the platform.
• Provide best-practice guidance and bespoke solutions to clients.
• Identify and pursue upsell opportunities in designated accounts.
• Maintain and improve client health scores through regular check-ins and insights.
