Qualifications

• Native or fluent French required.
• Strong English for training and internal communication.
• Valid EU passport.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium support for Miele products via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for home appliances.
• Document interactions accurately within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Miele product innovations.
• Assist with relocation and onboarding processes as needed.
