The role combines language skills with high-end electronics support, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and guiding customers through registrations and warranties.

Qualifications

• Danish speaking fluency (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport for Greece postings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest or background in consumer electronics.
• Proficient with basic computer systems and a remote setup.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical support for Miele’s premium range via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot appliance inquiries while maintaining luxury service standards.
• Assist customers with product registration, warranty questions, and post-purchase guidance.
• Manage and update customer profiles in our CRM.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Miele.
• Collaborate with international teams to resolve issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of support protocols.
