Responsibilities

• Provide customer support to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with account inquiries and information on financial products.
• Resolve customer complaints to ensure a positive banking experience.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Work with internal departments to resolve issues and improve service quality.
• Educate customers on banking procedures and promote financial literacy.
