Job summary

Fever in Chicago is seeking an Account Development Representative to drive inbound and outbound pipeline for privatized events. You will qualify inbound interest and craft targeted outbound plays while sharpening sales methodologies to fuel growth.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, B2B SaaS/Events experience, and exceptional communication, negotiation, and data‑driven decision making. English and French fluency is required, with a hybrid, fast‑paced environment and global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher education from a top university or business school.
• Proven experience in a sales/business development or similar role, preferably within a B2B SaaS, media, or events company.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills; proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; entrepreneurial can‑do attitude.
• Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to think creatively.
• Data‑driven decision making and ability to craft persuasive slide decks and pitches.
• Fluency in English + French; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive inbound and outbound pipeline generation for Fever for Business’ privatized events offering.
• Build and optimize outreach sequences, messaging, and cadences to increase response and conversion rates.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting to align the team on targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Fever Originals, and Sales to align campaigns and maximize impact.
• Track KPIs (SQLs, pipeline value, conversion, revenue) and iterate based on data.
• Act as an ambassador of Fever’s mission to democratize culture for corporate audiences.
