Fever is seeking an Account Development Representative to drive pipeline for Fever for Business’s privatized events. You’ll qualify inbound interest and craft targeted outbound plays, refining sales methods to fuel growth.

The role emphasizes building outreach sequences, maintaining CRM hygiene, and collaborating with Marketing, Fever Originals, and Sales to maximize impact while achieving targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales development or similar in B2B SaaS, media or events.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive pipeline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Comfort working independently and in teams; entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Generate inbound and outbound pipeline for Fever for Business privatized events.
• Create and optimize outreach sequences, messaging, and cadences.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Fever Originals and Sales to align campaigns.
• Track KPIs (SQLs, pipeline value, conversion, revenue) and iterate using data.
• Represent Fever’s mission to democratize culture and entertainment for corporate audiences.
