Job summary

Fever is seeking an Account Development Representative in Chicago to drive inbound/outbound pipeline for Fever for Business’ privatized events and own the group tickets revenue stream. You will craft targeted outreach, qualify opportunities, and close deals while improving sales methodologies.

The role emphasizes CRM hygiene, collaboration with Marketing and Originals, and data-driven decision making to scale revenue and partnerships globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher education.
• Experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably B2B SaaS/media/events.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Entrepreneurial can‑do attitude and comfort in ambiguity.
• Data‑driven decision making and creative thinking.
• Skilled in crafting slide decks and written pitch materials.
• Fluency in English + Spanish; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive inbound and outbound pipeline generation for Fever for Business’ privatized events.
• Build and optimize outreach sequences, messaging, and cadences to increase response and conversion rates.
• Maintain spotless CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting to keep the team aligned on targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Fever Originals, and Sales to align campaigns and maximize impact.
• Track KPIs (SQLs, pipeline value, conversion rates, revenue) and iterate based on data.
• Act as an ambassador of Fever’s mission to democratize culture for corporate audiences.
