Job summary

Freightos is expanding its Business Development Executive pool in Dallas, TX. We seek professionals with a solid understanding of freight and logistics who can prospect, pitch, and close SaaS solutions.

You’ll train users, drive adoption, and identify upsell opportunities while representing the Freightos brand at industry events. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in new business development, strong English communication, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience hunting for new business and upselling existing accounts.
• Strong English communication skills and client-facing experience.
• Comfort with phone, video calls, and in-person meetings.
• Experience training users on new tech or platforms is a plus.
• Self-driven, results-oriented with ability to meet targets and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
• Own the pitch by scheduling and leading engaging meetings with prospects.
• Sell responsively by diagnosing client pain points and tailoring SaaS solutions.
• Master the platform to clearly demonstrate value and address questions.
• Onboard and retain users, guiding adoption and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Represent the brand at industry events and conferences.
