Job summary

KBX Logistics, a Koch company, is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead truck transportation activities for the CPG managed freight team. This role oversees freight strategy, execution, and team development to deliver value that aligns with customer needs and the PBM culture.

You will collaborate with procurement, carriers, customers, and internal support functions to optimize cost, service, and capacity while leveraging technology and data to drive continuous improvement across all modes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading people teams within a complex, multi-client or multi-site operation.
• Proven ability to set expectations, conduct performance reviews, and develop team members.
• Experience working with procurement, operations, asset management, or commercial partners to influence decisions without direct reporting lines.
• Experience guiding organizational change or process improvements in logistics or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight strategy and execution for multi-modal operations, balancing cost, capacity, service, and equipment.
• Identify freight solutions aligned with customer requirements and KBX capabilities.
• Monitor KPIs (rate per mile, fuel, OTIF, on-time service) to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide clear performance insights to customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate across KBX to challenge legacy processes and drive change initiatives.
• Develop a high-performance team culture with accountability and skill development.
