Job summary

Prodigee Logistics is seeking entry-level Freight Agent Sales Representatives who are motivated by building relationships, solving problems, and earning based on performance. No logistics experience required; a 90-day paid training program will provide tools and mentorship to launch a career in transportation.

Responsibilities include prospecting, building relationships with shippers and carriers, quoting and negotiating, coordinating shipments, tracking freight, and maintaining CRM records

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills essential.
• Self-motivated with goal-oriented mindset and outbound calling ability.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities via phone, email, and networking.
• Build and maintain relationships with shippers, carriers, and transportation partners.
• Understand customer shipping needs and provide transportation solutions.
• Generate freight quotes and negotiate pricing.
• Coordinate shipments from pickup to delivery.
• Track freight movements and communicate updates to customers.
• Resolve transportation issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain CRM and transportation management system records.
• Meet and exceed sales activity and revenue goals.
