Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is seeking entry-level sales representatives in Troy, MI. No experience required; we provide a paid, hands-on training program in sales and logistics to launch your career.

You’ll negotiate freight deals, manage shipments from pickup to delivery, and build lasting customer relationships in a fast-paced, in-office environment. You’ll start with structured training and have opportunities for advancement as you develop your skills and hit sales metrics, with uncapped

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help account executives solve customer needs and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book of business.
• Meet sales metrics to become eligible for commission.
• Establish relationships to close new customers.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
