Job summary

Atlas Global Talent is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join the Cleveland team. You will own the full cradle-to-grave sales and brokerage process, generating opportunities, winning shipper business, and growing the account with strong service and value.

You will target mid-market shippers, build relationships with Transportation Managers and Supply Chain leaders, and use CRM tools to manage opportunities and maximize margins. Competitive base salary plus 30% uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of freight brokerage experience.
• Proven cradle-to-grave brokerage experience.
• Ability to independently prospect and win new shipper business.
• Experience selling based on service and value, not just price.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate your own shipper opportunities.
• Own the full cradle-to-grave sales and brokerage cycle.
• Quote, close, onboard, operate and grow accounts.
• Develop relationships with Transportation Managers and Supply Chain leaders.
• Maintain a healthy new-business pipeline and outbound activity.
• Use CRM and prospecting technology to manage opportunities.
