CB Freight is seeking a driven Business Development Agent to expand our freight brokerage and logistics operations in a sales-driven environment. You will identify new shipper opportunities, cold-call prospects, and cultivate relationships to close profitable freight opportunities.

The role emphasizes building a robust book of business, negotiating rates, and coordinating with operations and carriers to deliver reliable freight movement. Prior 3PL or freight brokerage experience is highly valued.

Qualificações

• Experience in freight brokerage, 3PL, logistics sales, or transportation is preferred.
• Ability to identify decision-makers and develop new customer relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a performance-driven sales environment.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with shippers, manufacturers, distributors, and other freight customers.
• Conduct outbound cold calls, prospecting, email outreach, and follow-ups to generate qualified leads.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and decision-makers.
• Sell freight brokerage and 3PL solutions tailored to customer shipping needs.
• Develop shipper accounts and expand existing customer relationships.
