Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business through outbound prospecting and cold calling.
• Build and grow a personal book of business with customers.
• Negotiate pricing with carriers and shippers for profitable freight solutions.
• Manage daily freight activity: coordinate shipments, track progress, ensure on-time pickup and delivery.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Identify customer needs and develop tailored logistics solutions.
• Pursue new and existing revenue opportunities.
• Learn and apply sales strategies and negotiation techniques.
• Expand knowledge of products, services, market conditions, and pricing.
• Develop pricing programs with new clients to drive revenue while protecting margins.
• Educate customers on services to strengthen relationships.
