Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage railroad projects from concept through construction to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
• Coordinate staffing and workload across offices to meet project goals.
• Implement QA/QC procedures and monitor schedule and budget performance.
• Develop and deliver staff training and professional development opportunities.
• Foster and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to pursue opportunities.
• Lead business development efforts for Freight Rail market sector and track opportunities.
