Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction planning and management (field engineering, submittals, estimating, scheduling, site safety).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
• Sponsorship (visa) for US employment authorization is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of delivery of rail construction projects with clients, designers, and CM teams.
• Serve as internal lead and primary client contact for assigned rail projects.
• Review and verify rail construction plans, specifications, schedule, and estimates.
• Travel to project locations for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Mentor younger staff and support development across teams.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to manage workloads across projects.
• Track financials, submittals, RFI, and project documentation.
