Job summary
KeHE Distributors, LLC is seeking a Pricing Manager to drive pricing strategy across all service offerings, including TL and LTL transportation. You will lead the RFP lifecycle, collaborate with Sales, Carrier Procurement, Operations, Data/Analytics, and Executive Leadership to build competitive pricing and profitable growth.
The role requires strong freight-pricing fundamentals, leadership experience, and expertise in pricing automation.
Qualifications
- Strong command of freight pricing fundamentals and capacity dynamics.
- Experience pricing across multiple modes (LTL, TL, warehousing).
- Leadership experience managing teams in pricing or procurement.
- Proficient with pricing automation and rating tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end RFP pricing processes for LTL and TL.
- Develop pricing models balancing margin and growth.
- Present pricing recommendations to leadership.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Data and Tech teams.
- Standardize pricing workflows and governance.
