Qualifications

• Proven negotiation and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with pricing software, analytics tools, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing strategy and manage analysts handling RFPs with sales.
• Perform market analysis and monitor pricing against trends and costs.
• Negotiate rates while protecting margins and profitability.
• Analyze costs including fuel, maintenance, and labor for pricing decisions.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and finance on pricing initiatives.
• Maintain pricing data, automate submissions, and track deadlines.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and pricing policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve pricing efficiency.
