You will own pricing strategy, modeling, and RFPs across LTL and TL and partner with Sales, Carrier Procurement, and Operations to win business and drive profitable growth.

You’ll standardize pricing processes, surface market opportunities, and lead a pricing team. This role aligns with KeHE’s Mission, Vision and Values while delivering performance across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics or related field; MBA preferred.
• 4+ years in transportation/logistics pricing, freight brokerage or analytics.
• 1+ year leadership experience managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the RFP process end to end for LTL and TL pricing.
• Lead pricing strategy, models, and proposals across service lines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Operations, Data and Leadership.
• Develop pricing workflows, SOPs, and governance.
• Mentor pricing team to meet goals.
• Provide market intelligence and profitability analysis.
