FedEx Freight is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to lead dock-to-ship operations, ensuring on-time, damage-free movement of shipments. You will supervise staff, coordinate daily schedules, and maintain safety standards across shifts in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, independence and team collaboration, with knowledge of DOT, NMFC and hazardous materials rules. Travel may be required; EEO commitment is part of the position.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to travel as needed.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Thorough knowledge of LTL industry, DOT Rules and Regulations, OSHA Laws, Hazardous Materials Regulations, NMFC and Tariff Rules.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet.
