Job summary

XPO is seeking a Freight Operations Manager to lead daily service center operations in the United States. You will guide service quality, staffing and cost controls while driving revenue and profits.

This role requires strong leadership, safety familiarity and hands-on oversight of the facility, with a focus on operational excellence and team development. Ideal candidates will bring 4+ years of related experience in LTL, supervisory background, and knowledge of hazmat, OSHA, and DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• 4 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory or management experience.
• Experience in the less-than-truckload (LTL) industry.
• Experience with hazardous materials regulations, OSHA and DOT rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Handle the efficiency and effectiveness of the delivery service provided to our customers.
• Guide the complete daily operations of the service center.
• Oversee revenue, profit and cost controls.
• Ensure proper staffing, utilization and management of personnel.
• Mentor and manage all personnel working at the facility.
